Molten Ventures Plc (LSE: GROW) has detailed a repurchase of its own shares conducted on 12 August 2025. Goodbody Stockbrokers UC executed the transaction, acquiring 50,000 ordinary shares for the company. This activity is part of a broader share repurchase programme initiated on 4 August 2025.

The shares were bought at a lowest price of 358.20p and a highest of 369.80p, with a volume-weighted average price of 367.1479p. Following this buyback, Molten Ventures' share capital comprises 189,046,450 ordinary shares, with 9,412,165 held in treasury and 179,634,285 remaining as voting shares.
