Molten Ventures Engages in Share Repurchase
On 16 October 2025, Molten Ventures plc executed a share buyback, conducted by Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. The company purchased 15,000 ordinary shares at a volume-weighted average price of 406.1462 pence per share. This action is part of a buyback programme initiated on 4 August 2025.
The highest price paid per share was 409.80 pence, while the lowest was 401.80 pence. After the transaction, Molten Ventures' issued share capital comprises 189,046,450 ordinary shares, with 11,425,854 in treasury, accounting for 177,620,596 voting rights.
The share repurchase complies with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014. Existing shareholders can use the updated capital figures for compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority's rules on disclosure and transparency.
