Molten Ventures Executes Share Buyback Program

Molten Ventures Plc has disclosed its recent share buyback activity conducted through Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch. Between September 14 and 18, 2026, Deutsche Numis acquired shares on behalf of Molten, accumulating a total of 250,000 ordinary shares. The average purchase price varied each day, with the highest transaction occurring on September 18 at an average of 672.8804 GBp per share.

As a result of these transactions, Molten Ventures' share capital now comprises 189,046,450 ordinary shares, of which 14,679,781 are held in treasury. The remaining shares result in 174,366,669 voting rights. Shareholders can use this information to calculate their ownership changes under the FCA's guidelines.

The buyback aligns with Molten's program announced in July 2026, aimed at optimizing shareholder value.
