Molten Ventures Plc: Share Repurchase Update

Molten Ventures Plc, trading on the LSE under the symbol GROW, reported the completion of a share repurchase program executed by Deutsche Bank AG's London Branch. The transactions occurred from July 20 to July 24, 2026, with the bank acquiring ordinary shares for the Company as planned in their program initiated earlier this year.

Throughout the specified period, daily purchases were made, each consisting of 30,000 shares on most days, and culminating with 26,355 shares on the final day. The transaction prices ranged from a low of 575.0 GBp to a high of 610.0 GBp, reflecting a volume-weighted average price of approximately 583 to 605 GBp over the five-day span.

Post-repurchase, Molten Ventures' share capital totals 189,046,450, out of which 15,821,683 shares are held in treasury. Consequently, the voting rights within the Company now stand at 173,224,767.
