Molten Ventures Reports £238m Valuation Uplift Following ICEYE Series F Financing

Molten Ventures Plc has announced a significant valuation increase following ICEYE's latest financing round. The Series F funding for ICEYE, a leader in space-based intelligence, was led by General Atlantic and raised approximately €450 million, with the total valuation of the transaction exceeding €10 billion.

This financing round increases Molten Ventures' holding value in ICEYE by £238 million, marking a 236% uplift, now valuing it at £317 million. Additionally, the transaction resulted in secondary proceeds of around £22 million for Molten.

ICEYE has seen substantial growth, with 2025 revenue surpassing €250 million and an order book exceeding €1.5 billion. Looking forward, the company plans to scale its satellite launches to 100 per year by 2028.
