My Energy Broker Group launches a share buyback program
On June 11, 2025, Mon Courtier Énergie Groupe (ISIN code: FR001400H3A0) announced the launch of its share buyback program. Authorized by the Combined General Meeting of June 19, 2024, this program allows the company to repurchase up to 10% of its share capital.
The company has set the maximum purchase price at €25 per share, with a total budget of €3 million. The buybacks will serve various purposes, including stimulating the stock market through a liquidity agreement and covering financial commitments.
