Mongolia Growth Group Ltd. Completes KEDM Transaction and Transfers to NEX Board

On November 3, 2025, Mongolia Growth Group Ltd. (TSX-V:YAK) announced the completion of the KEDM business sale. The transaction involves assuming obligations related to deferred revenues up to October 31, 2025, amounting to approximately CAD$845,000. This development precedes the anticipated closing of their office property in Rincon, Puerto Rico.

Following the KEDM transaction, the company will transfer to the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange effective November 5, 2025. The trading symbol will change from YAK to YAK.H, though the company's name, CUSIP number, and capital structure remain unchanged.
