MUNIC Transfers Its Liquidity Contract to Portzamparc
MUNIC, a company specializing in embedded technologies for the automotive industry, has announced the transfer of its liquidity contract to Portzamparc, a member of the BNP Paribas Group. This transfer will take effect on March 26, 2026, for a term of one year, automatically renewable. The contract complies with current regulations, including AMF Decision No. 2021-01, and adheres to the AMAFI code of ethics.
The contract aims to boost Munic's share price on the Euronext Growth Paris market. At the close of the previous liquidity contract with Gilbert Dupont, the account held 62,864 Munic shares and €24,668.84.
The new contract may be suspended or terminated under certain conditions, including at the request of Munic. The resources allocated to the new contract remain unchanged from those of the previous one.
