MUNIC's turnover to decline in 2024

MUNIC, a company specializing in embedded technologies and artificial intelligence for the automotive industry, announced a turnover of 9.5 million euros for 2024, marking a decrease of 36% compared to the previous year. This decrease is attributed to several factors impacting its main markets, including a slowdown in activity at a major customer and a deterioration of regulated services in the United States. Nevertheless, a recovery is anticipated thanks to the replenishment of orders and the lifting of restrictive measures.

Product sales, including Smart Dongles, fell by 39%, while the share of service sales increased to 25% of total revenue. MUNIC has implemented a cost reduction plan, generating significant annual savings, and expects growth in the electric vehicle and connected objects market.
