Magirus Sees Record Order Book Under Mutares' Guidance

Magirus GmbH, recently acquired by Mutares SE & Co. KGaA from IVECO Group, is undergoing significant transformation. Following the acquisition in January 2025, Mutares reports noticeable operational alignment and commercial growth in Magirus.

The strategic initiatives include management reorganisation, cost optimisation, and project governance improvements. As a result, Magirus' order book now stands at EUR 600 million, with an additional EUR 200 million contract nearly secured. This contract could become the largest in its recent history.

Furthermore, Magirus is expanding internationally, opening new entities in Switzerland, and planning developments in Spain, the UAE, and Romania. Aiming for a EUR 1 billion order book by the end of 2025, Magirus is committed to its commercial targets and long-term value creation.
