Mutares Acquires Synthomer a.s. to Boost Chemicals Segment
Mutares SE & Co. KGaA has announced an agreement to acquire Synthomer a.s. from Synthomer plc. This move aims to enhance Mutares' Chemicals & Materials segment. Synthomer a.s. is a prominent European producer of acrylic solutions, generating approximately EUR 110 million in revenues in 2025 and employing around 300 people.

Mutares expects to finalize the transaction by the end of Q3 2026.
