Mutares to Acquire inTime Group from Super Group Limited

Mutares SE & Co. KGaA has announced an agreement to acquire the inTime Group from Super Group Limited. This acquisition aims to strengthen Mutares' Goods & Services segment as a new platform investment, with completion expected in the third quarter of 2025. The inTime Group, headquartered in Isernhagen, Germany, is a key player in transportation and logistics, focusing on time-critical deliveries and sustainable transport management. The company, with approximately 450 employees, reported revenues of around EUR 115 million in 2024.

Johannes Laumann, CIO of Mutares, expressed optimism about the potential for operational improvements and revenue growth through this acquisition. He emphasized the strategic fit of inTime Group within Mutares' broader European logistics platform.
