Diede van den Ouden Appointed Interim CEO at MyHotelMatch

MyHotelMatch ("MHM") has announced significant changes in its management and board of directors as part of an ongoing restructuring. Diede van den Ouden has been appointed interim CEO, following the resignation of Jean-François Ott. Van den Ouden, also Chairman of MyHotelMatch and CEO of Tonner Drones, will guide the company through this transition. There are pending strategic directions that MyHotelMatch will unveil shortly.

In addition to the CEO change, several board members, including Ott Heritage, have resigned. They have been replaced by Rudie Reedijk, Jelle Ypma, and David Cloetingh through co-optation. These replacements await shareholder ratification in an upcoming meeting.

Despite these shifts, MyHotelMatch remains committed to transparency with its stakeholders. This restructuring aims to fortify the company's foundation for future growth.
