MyHotelMatch 2024 Review: Sales and Reorganizations

MyHotelMatch has published its financial results for 2024, showing a net loss of €990,135 on revenue of €206,890. The consolidated accounts show revenue of €62,000 and a net loss attributable to the Group of €1,284,000. A major restructuring was undertaken in response to warnings from the statutory auditors.

In December, MyHotelMatch sold its NYS subsidiary to repay its trade payables, with the exception of OTT Heritage debt. MHM Labs was also sold to OTT Ventures USA Inc. A proposed merger with Courbet Heritage was announced, aligning MyHotelMatch with its core business. A general meeting is scheduled for June 24, 2025, in Paris.
