Mynaric Receives Nasdaq Delisting Notice

On February 13, 2025, Mynaric, a provider of scalable laser communications products, announced it received a delisting notice from Nasdaq. The notice, dated February 10, follows Mynaric's initiation of a financial restructuring process under Germany's Corporate Stabilization and Restructuring Act. Nasdaq determined the delisting of Mynaric's American Depositary Shares due to this proceeding.

Mynaric has decided not to appeal this decision. Trading of its shares will cease on February 18, 2025. Nasdaq will file to remove these shares from listing and registration. Previously, Mynaric was notified of non-compliance with several Nasdaq listing rules, including maintaining a minimum market value and timely financial disclosures.
