Nacon Releases 2025/26 Half-Year Financial Report

Nacon has announced the availability of its 2025/26 half-year financial report. This document is accessible on Nacon's website under the "Investor's Area" and "Financial Information" sections.

During the review of the first-half accounts for the 2025/26 financial year, Nacon's auditors highlighted a legal dispute, prompting a need to restate the accounts initially published on November 24. Consequently, Nacon recorded a provision of 2.5 million euros. This adjustment delayed the release of the half-year financial report.

The dispute pertains to patents held by Nintendo and involves controllers no longer marketed by Nacon. Recently, a German court ruled against Bigben Interactive GmbH, Nacon's distribution unit. Nacon has decided to appeal the ruling.
