Nagarro SE Reports Modest Revenue Growth in Q2 and H1 2026

Nagarro SE, a global leader in AI transformation and engineering, released its unaudited financial results for the second quarter (Q2) and first half (H1) of 2026. The company reported a year-on-year revenue growth of 2.0% in Q2 and 4.2% in H1, when adjusted for constant currency.

In Q2 2026, Nagarro’s revenue rose slightly to €252.4 million compared to €252.0 million the previous year. Gross profit fell to €81.8 million, and adjusted EBITDA increased substantially to €37.8 million. Despite this, the company's EBITDA decreased to €27.7 million due to increased costs related to share-based payments.

For the first half of 2026, revenues climbed to €500.5 million. Nagarro maintained a stable gross profit margin. The number of clients generating over €1 million annually increased, highlighting client retention and growth.

Despite a slight decrease in operating cash inflow, Nagarro's cash balance increased to €131.3 million by June 30, 2026.
