NamR postpones the publication of its 2025 half-year accounts

NamR, a company specializing in Data Intelligence for the ecological transition, has announced a delay in the publication of its 2025 half-year results. Initially planned, the publication has been postponed following an extension granted for the Annual General Meeting, which will now be held before the end of December 2025. This extension, granted by the Paris Economic Court, is necessary to validate the 2024 annual accounts, a prerequisite for closing the 2025 half-year accounts.

The Chairman and CEO, Charles-Henry Tranié, will use this meeting to provide an update on the actions undertaken since his arrival. The date of the General Meeting will be confirmed shortly after the official filing.
