Goldman Sachs reduces its stake in Nanobiotix

NANOBIOTIX announced that The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. has crossed below the 5% threshold of its share capital and voting rights. The group now indirectly holds 4.62% of the share capital and 4.47% of the voting rights. This change resulted from an off-market sale of shares completed on January 26, 2026. The divisions involved include Goldman Sachs International with 4.60% of the share capital and 4.45% of the voting rights, as well as Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and other group entities. In addition, Goldman Sachs holds a recall loan of 9,840 shares and seven exercisable swap contracts.
