NanoRepro AG Strengthens Position with Full Acquisition of hyped about science GmbH

On September 3, 2026, NanoRepro AG announced a strategic expansion by acquiring the remaining 67% of hyped about science GmbH, formerly holding a 33% equity stake. This full acquisition reinforces NanoRepro's focus on nutritional elixirs, repositioning the ALPHABIOL brand within its portfolio. ALPHABIOL GmbH will develop independently, contributing to NanoRepro's clearly defined business pillars alongside rapid testing kits and PAEDIPROTECT.

The transaction, valued at €25k with Phlas brand transferred to terraplasma GmbH, strengthens NanoRepro's structure without asset write-down. Anticipated consolidations project a revenue increase to €19m in FY26, reflecting an 18.7% year-over-year growth. EBITDA is expected to improve from € -1.7m in FY25 to € -0.3m.

NanoRepro's plans include optimizing its consumer health platform and harmonizing finance functions under new CFO Mike Eckel. These measures are projected to improve the EBITDA margin from -11% in FY25 to 5% in FY27. The BUY recommendation is maintained with a target price of €4.40.
