Nemetschek Group Completes Acquisition of HCSS

Nemetschek Group has finalized its acquisition of Heavy Construction Systems Specialists, LLC (HCSS), effective July 1, 2026. This strategic move strengthens Nemetschek's Build & Construct segment, integrating HCSS's expertise in AI and construction technology.

HCSS, established in 1986 and based in Texas, supports over 4,000 companies and employs more than 550 professionals. In 2025, HCSS reported USD 215 million in revenue with a growth of 21% in Annual Recurring Revenue and a 40% EBITDA margin.

This acquisition expands Nemetschek’s market opportunity, aiming at USD 12 billion by 2028. It also promises synergy through enhanced AI innovation, cross-selling, and international market growth, underpinned by Thoma Bravo’s stake as a minority shareholder.
