NEOLIFE terminates its liquidity contract with TSAF
NEOLIFE, a company specializing in eco-materials, has announced the termination of its liquidity contract with TSAF on June 30, 2025. This contract, initially established on July 1, 2022, aimed to improve the liquidity of NEOLIFE shares on the Euronext Growth Paris market.
At the closing of the contract, the liquidity account held 148,729 NEOLIFE shares and a cash balance of €41,925.55. In comparison, as of December 31, 2024, the account held 163,776 shares and €40,359.71.
When the contract was set up in 2022, the account was initialized with €50,000. These movements illustrate the management of the NEOLIFE share portfolio during this period, reflecting a decrease in the number of shares.
