Fundraising of 0.25 Million Euros by Neovacs

Neovacs, listed on Euronext Growth Paris, announces a €0.25 million fundraising through the issuance of OCEANE-BSA bonds. The net proceeds of €240,000 will finance the Kinoïde® allergy research program and strengthen investments in Biotech and Medtech. The issuance generated €26.6 million and created 24 billion shares. A shareholder holding 1% could see their stake reduced to 0.20% following these transactions.

The new issue could generate an additional 4.6 million shares. The financial risks and dilutive impact are highlighted, reminding investors to remain vigilant. Neovacs secures funds through this system with no intention of the subscriber retaining the shares.
