Nepra Foods Faces Delay in Filing Annual Financial Statements
Nepra Foods Inc. has announced a delay in filing its annual financial statements for the year ending March 31, 2025. The missed deadline, initially set for July 29, 2025, is attributed to the auditors needing additional time to complete their review. Nepra Foods is now working diligently with accounting staff and auditors to meet a new anticipated filing deadline of August 29, 2025.
The delay has led to a management cease trade order affecting the company's CEO and CFO. This order will remain until the filings are submitted, with a final deadline set for September 29, 2025. In compliance with National Policy 12-203, Nepra Foods intends to release bi-weekly status updates as long as the filings remain pending.
