Net Digital AG Revises 2025 Forecast Upward Following Strong First Half

Net Digital AG has announced preliminary results for the first half of 2025, revealing significant growth. The company expects sales revenues of approximately EUR 13 million, a marked increase from EUR 5.4 million in the same period of 2024. EBITDA for the first half is estimated at around EUR 1.3 million, compared to EUR 538,000 in the prior year. This growth is attributed mainly to positive developments in cloud, communication, billing services, and service aggregation sectors.

Following these results, the company has revised its fiscal 2025 forecast upwards. It now projects full-year revenues between EUR 23.0 million and EUR 27.0 million, up from the previous estimate of EUR 18.0 million to EUR 20.0 million. EBITDA is also expected to be higher, ranging from EUR 2.2 million to EUR 2.7 million.
