Netfonds AG Posts Strong Financial Results for H1 2025
In the first half of 2025, Netfonds AG, a prominent platform in the German financial sector, reported a notable rise in revenue and earnings. Net revenue increased to EUR 22.7 million, marking a 9.1% growth from the previous year. The company's consolidated group revenue reached EUR 122.3 million, an 8.7% increase from H1 2024.
The earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) grew by 61.2% to EUR 4.8 million, achieving an EBITDA margin of 21.0%. Earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) rose by over 48% to EUR 2.6 million.
Assets under administration in the investment segment hit EUR 29.9 billion, marking an all-time high. The digital finfire platform significantly contributed with EUR 300 million in growth.
The management confirms forecasts for 2025, with projected gross revenue over EUR 260 million and EBITDA between EUR 12.0 and 13.5 million.
