Netfonds AG's Founder Karsten Dümmler Steps Down from Supervisory Board

Hamburg, July 10, 2026 – Netfonds AG has announced that Karsten Dümmler, the company's founder and long-standing Chairman of the Management Board, will step down from the Supervisory Board on July 12, 2026, at his request. Dümmler departs after over 25 years of influential leadership at Netfonds AG.

Since its establishment in 1999, Dümmler has been integral to Netfonds AG's growth, transitioning from Managing Director to CEO until June 2021. Post-2021, he joined the Supervisory Board to guide strategic decisions. Under his leadership, Netfonds partnered with a strategic financial investor for future growth. Dümmler's departure paves the way for emerging leadership and strategic directions.
