NetMedia Group raises €513,747 for its strategic expansion
NetMedia Group (ALNMG) has successfully completed its capital increase, raising €513,747 to support its strategic development in Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The transaction enabled the company to clear a €178,500 debt related to the acquisition of Be A Boss and to secure the financing for its operations.
The capital increase, which was 100% subscribed, saw demand for the new shares accompanied by warrants (ABSA) exceed the number offered, with a subscription rate of 105.19%. This transaction demonstrates shareholder confidence in NetMedia's growth strategy.
The newly issued shares will soon be admitted to trading on Euronext Growth Paris. NetMedia's share capital now stands at €4,281,240, divided into an equal number of shares with a par value of one euro each.
