NEURONES carried out share purchases under its own share buyback program during the period from June 8 to 12, 2026, in accordance with the authorization of the General Meeting of June 5, 2025. These transactions were carried out by CIC, with the following information regarding the volume and price of the shares for each day: no purchase on June 8, 3,312 shares at €38.12 on June 9, 3,525 at €35.83 on June 10, 3,403 at €35.25 on June 11, and 2,637 at €35.33 on June 12, totaling 12,877 shares acquired.

Thus, as of June 12, 2026, NEURONES holds 479,523 shares, which represents 1.97% of the company's total capital of 24,328,716 shares.
