Datavault AI and Kings Mine Capital Launch $150 Million Gold Tokenization Initiative
Datavault AI Inc. and King Mining Capital have entered into a strategic agreement to create a $150 million GoldVault™ tokenization program. This initiative is backed by King Mining Capital's gold resources and involves Datavault AI's equity investment and purchase of 20,000 ounces of gold bullion. The GoldVault™ program will utilize Datavault AI's blockchain platform to issue tokens that represent ownership in gold assets, allowing holders to benefit from production-linked royalties.
The agreement projects gold bullion priced at $3,000 an ounce with potential profits of $40 million if prices reach $5,000 an ounce. Tokens will be issued at a discount to spot prices, offering investors a value margin. The program aims to launch by the third quarter of fiscal 2026, facilitating global investment in tokenized gold assets.
