Quinenco crosses thresholds at NEXANS
The Quinenco Group, including Invexans Limited (UK) and Andronico Luksic Craig, has disclosed a reduction in its stake in NEXANS, falling below the 5% threshold of share capital and voting rights. This change was formalized by a letter received on February 27, 2026. Quinenco now holds 1,814,729 shares, representing 4.15% of the total share capital.
The transaction took place on February 24, 2026, through an off-market sale via an accelerated book-building placement. Invexans Limited reduced its stake to 4.13% of the share capital. This company is majority-owned by Quinenco SA, itself controlled by the Luksic family.
