NexOptic Technology Corp. Updates on Financial Statement Filing Status
NexOptic Technology Corp., based in Vancouver, Canada, has provided an update regarding its delayed annual financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024. The company initially applied for a management cease trade order due to an inability to meet the April 30, 2025, filing deadline. This delay was attributed to receiving late confirmations from third parties and the appointment of a new CFO shortly before the deadline.
The British Columbia Securities Commission granted the cease trade order on May 1, 2025. NexOptic has stated that no new material information has emerged since their May 1 MCTO Notice and that no defaults have occurred under NP 12-203. The company anticipates completing its financial filings by July 14, 2025, and will issue an announcement once the filings are complete.
