NFON AG Reports Solid Q1 2026 Results, Driven by AI-Based Solutions

NFON AG, a European leader in AI-based business communications, announced its Q1 2026 financial results, confirming its guidance for the fiscal year. The company reported total revenue of EUR 21.6 million, with recurring revenue comprising a substantial 94% of this figure. Despite a slight decline from the previous year, NFON's focus on AI and product development resulted in an adjusted EBITDA of EUR 1.8 million.

The company is actively transforming its business model through the NFON Next 2027 programme, which targets growth in AI-based solutions. Although the number of installed seats decreased to 641,119, NFON's strategic shift is aimed at catering to the rising demand in Intelligent Assistant and Customer Engagement sectors. Blended ARPU showed growth with a slight increase to EUR 10.04.

NFON continues investing in AI and product development, positioning itself as a key player in the structural change affecting the business communications market. The company maintains a positive operating cash flow and confirmed its target for adjusted EBITDA for FY 2026.
