Nine Mile Metals Reports High-Grade VMS Intersections at Wedge Mine

Nine Mile Metals Ltd. has announced notable assay results from drill hole DDH WD-26-14 at the Wedge Mine in the Bathurst Mining Camp, New Brunswick. The drill intersected 5.09% Cu-Eq over 14.15 meters, with promising zones including 6.35% Cu-Eq over 9 meters and 7.45% Cu-Eq over 6 meters. These higher-grade samples suggest strengthening of mineralization with depth.

The highest recorded peak sample displayed 8.59% Cu-Eq, comprising 3.41% copper, 2.29% lead, and 11.30% zinc. Furthermore, eight BHEM surveys were initiated for precise targeting in subsequent drilling phases. The reported intersections are of true width, covering depths between 107.35 meters and 121.50 meters in a region of graphitic sediments.

Gary Lohman, VP Exploration and Director, emphasized the increasing metal grades with depth, expecting further characterization of depth and lateral extent through upcoming surveys. This discovery continues to position Nine Mile Metals as a promising entity within the Bathurst Mining region.
