NioCorp Developments Ltd. has revealed pricing details for a registered direct offering in the US. The offering, managed by Maxim Group LLC, includes up to 10 million common shares at $5.00 each. This move promises gross proceeds of approximately $50 million before agent fees and expenses.

The funds will be directed towards working capital and corporate initiatives, supporting the advancement of the Elk Creek Project in Nebraska. The closing of this offering is scheduled around September 19, 2025, contingent on standard conditions.
