NioCorp Developments Joins Russell 3000® Index

NioCorp Developments Ltd. announced its inclusion in the Russell 3000® Index, effective after the U.S. market opens on June 30, 2025. This inclusion follows the annual reconstitution of the Russell US Indexes, which encompasses the 4,000 largest U.S. stocks, ranked by market capitalization as of April 30. Membership in the Russell 3000® Index also ensures automatic inclusion in the small-cap Russell 2000® Index and relevant growth and value style indexes.

The Russell indexes, maintained by FTSE Russell, a part of the London Stock Exchange Group, are pivotal for investment managers and institutional investors. At the close of June 2024, approximately $10.6 trillion in assets were benchmarked against these indexes. FTSE Russell relies primarily on market-capitalization rankings and style attributes for index membership determinations.
