NioCorp Joins MSCI USA Index

NioCorp Developments Ltd., a prominent U.S. critical minerals developer, announced its inclusion in the MSCI USA Index. Effective from May 30, 2025, this follows the index review conducted by MSCI Inc. The MSCI USA Index represents the small cap sector across 23 developed market countries, covering about 85% of the U.S. market capitalization.

Mark A. Smith, NioCorp's CEO, expressed that this development enhances the company's visibility and access to capital markets worldwide. This inclusion aligns with NioCorp’s ongoing progress towards financing its Elk Creek Critical Minerals project, which is fully permitted for construction.

The MSCI USA Index's clientele features major financial institutions, boasting $16.5 trillion in assets under management. NioCorp's project in Southeast Nebraska aims to produce crucial minerals like niobium, scandium, and potentially rare earths.
