NNS Holding Acquires Additional Shares in OCI

On August 19, 2026, NNS Holding, a company registered in Cyprus, announced an acquisition of 320,708 shares in OCI. This transaction, valued at an average price of EUR 4.0674 per share, represents approximately 0.15% of OCI's issued share capital. The highest price paid per share in this transaction was EUR 4.0750.

Subsequent to this acquisition, NNS Holding now controls 57.32% of OCI’s issued share capital, totaling 121,145,978 shares. In cooperation with Nassef Sawiris, another major stakeholder, they collectively hold 57.50% of OCI.
