Nordex Group Secures 255 MW Wind Orders from Germany

Hamburg-based Nordex Group announced securing new orders totaling approximately 255 MW from Germany. The orders, spanning 14 wind projects with 39 turbines, include multiple models such as the N163/6.X and N175/6.X. All contracts encompass service agreements, ensuring the turbines' sustainable operation.

A notable order involves a 35 MW project for the Rheine-Catenhorn wind farm in North Rhine-Westphalia. Nordex will supply and install five N163/6.X turbines for the community wind project, highlighting local participation's role in expanding wind energy.

BBWind, a long-term partner, collaborates with Nordex on the project. This partnership has already connected over 100 MW of capacity in the region. Construction for the new projects is slated for 2027-2028.
