Nordex Secures 414 MW in Wind Energy Orders Across Europe
Hamburg-based Nordex Group has recently announced a significant milestone. By the end of 2025, the company acquired orders for 15 wind energy projects across France, Belgium, and Portugal. These projects involve the installation of 78 wind turbines, amounting to a total capacity exceeding 414 MW. Each contract includes a long-term service and maintenance agreement to ensure consistent turbine performance.
The deliveries of these turbines are set for 2027, featuring advanced models like the N117/3600 and N175/6.X. These turbines will be installed at varying hub heights, ensuring maximum efficiency. This development bolsters Nordex's status as a leading wind turbine provider in French-speaking Europe and Portugal. The specific customer details and wind farm locations have not been disclosed.
