North Peak Resources Secures Permits for 2026 Exploration

Calgary-based North Peak Resources Ltd. has announced securing all necessary permits for exploration drilling at its Prospect Mountain Mine Complex in Eureka County, Nevada. This marks the beginning of a significant exploration program across five target areas, expected to kick off in the near future.

This initiative follows North Peak's full acquisition of the property in July 2025. The focus is on exploring under-tested areas, previously inaccessible due to historic patented mining claims. Modern equipment will be used for the first time in areas that haven't seen extensive exploration since the gold rush era.

The 2026 drilling campaign will target five key areas: Wabash/Williams, Lower PME Zone, Old Put, West Side Story, and Sulphide Zone. Each holds potential for significant gold mineralization, creating opportunities for North Peak in a historically productive mining district.
