Northern Data AG Announces Board Changes
Northern Data AG, a leader in AI and High-Performance Computing (HPC) solutions, announced changes to its Supervisory and Management Boards. Bertram Pachaly and Dr. Bernd Hartmann resigned from the Supervisory Board effective July 17, 2026. Dr. Tyler Hughes and Stephen Noonan, from majority shareholder RUM Group Inc., were proposed as replacements, with elections set for the next Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 25, 2026.
Moreover, Rudolf Haas, previously Chief Legal Officer since 2024, joined the Management Board. He continues his role as head of the legal department, working on the strategy execution. The Chairman, Dr. Tom Oliver Schorling, expressed gratitude to outgoing members and welcomed the new appointees.
