Novacyt: Monthly review of the liquidity and voting rights contract
Novacyt, an international molecular diagnostics company, has published its report on its liquidity contract with Invest Securities for September 2026. During this period, 44,200 shares were purchased at prices ranging from €0.49 to €0.53, and 44,422 shares were sold at prices ranging from €0.49 to €0.55. As of September 30, 2026, Novacyt held 65,577 treasury shares.
The company has a total of 72,588,088 ordinary shares. This information allows shareholders to value their holdings in accordance with French law. The liquidity contract, initiated on September 12, 2016, is subject to conditions to be defined at the Annual General Meeting in June 2026, including a maximum purchase price of €5 per share.
