Publication of NR21's 2025 Annual Financial Report

NR21 has announced the availability of its annual financial report for the year ending December 31, 2025. This document has been submitted to the Financial Markets Authority and contains the management report, the annual accounts, as well as the opinions of the auditor and the supervisory board on corporate governance.

Investors and the public can consult the report on the company's website, www.nr21.eu, in the section dedicated to regulated information. This publication complies with the transparency obligations imposed on listed companies, as NR21 is listed on Euronext Paris.

The company, controlled by Altarea since 2019, does not carry out any operational activities and has no subsidiaries or employees.
