NRJ Group sells Chérie 25 to CMA Media
On September 30, 2025, NRJ Group formalized the sale of its Chérie 25 channel to the CMA Media Group, via its subsidiary RMC-BFM. This transaction marks a strategic turning point for the group, strengthening its financial position.
The sale includes the companies Chérie HD and STL. Although the exact impact on the Group's 2025 net profit will not be known until the end of the financial year, NRJ Group anticipates a gain of €60 million.
At the same time, NRJ is maintaining its financial calendar with the publication of third-quarter results scheduled for November 6, 2025. The group warns of uncertainties related to forecasts, highlighting potential risks to monitor.
