NRJ Group: Voting rights as of April 30, 2025

In a press release dated May 6, 2025, NRJ Group published information on the total number of voting rights and shares as of April 30, 2025. In accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation, the group specifies the composition of its share capital.

As of April 30, 2025, NRJ Group's share capital consisted of 78,107,621 shares. These shares represent a total of 144,493,088 theoretical voting rights and 143,761,016 exercisable voting rights. The difference is explained by the shares deprived of voting rights.

The group also highlights the existence in its statutes of a clause requiring a specific declaration when crossing certain participation thresholds, in addition to the legal thresholds required by French law.
