NuRAN Secures Infrastructure License in DRC

NuRAN Wireless Inc., a provider of mobile and broadband wireless infrastructure, has received authorization for its infrastructure license in the Democratic Republic of The Congo (DRC). The approval process involved coordination with DRC authorities and concluded with the issuance of a license fee invoice. This achievement fulfills a crucial condition for capital drawdown from a US $5M Loan Facility managed by Cygnum Capital.

The license in DRC mirrors a similar one obtained in Cameroon. NuRAN expects to complete the necessary documentation for fund access soon, and updates will follow upon completion. The Company's strategic focus remains on expanding telecommunications infrastructure to underserved regions.
