NuRAN Wireless Reports 2025 AGM Outcomes and Meeting Adjournment
NuRAN Wireless Inc. announced partial results from its Annual General and Special Meeting (AGSM) held on October 22, 2025. Shareholders accepted the financial statements for 2023 and 2024. The board size was confirmed at six directors, and Zeifmans LLP was appointed as auditors. Shareholders approved a potential share consolidation to pursue a U.S. listing.
