NV Gold Secures Loan from Insider for Project and Fees
NV Gold Corporation has announced an unsecured loan agreement with insider John Watson. Effective September 2, 2025, Watson provided a loan of US$165,000. The loan carries an annual interest rate of 12%, compounded yearly. It matures in one year or upon demand for repayment by Watson. NV Gold retains the right to repayment at any time.
Proceeds from the loan will mainly cover Bureau of Land Management fees and exploration services at the Slumber Gold Project. Remaining funds will support liquidity and working capital. The transaction is deemed a "related party transaction" under MI 61-101, but exemptions apply due to the limited impact on the company's market capitalization. Watson abstained from board voting on the loan.
