NXT Energy Solutions Inc., based in Calgary, announced impressive financial results for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. The company reported a staggering revenue increase of 2,437%, reaching $16.4 million compared to $0.6 million in 2024. This upturn is attributed to the implementation of a multi-regional growth strategy and the execution of three SFD® surveys.
In December, NXT acquired full ownership of the SFD® technology, enhancing its ability to explore new commercial applications to enhance shareholder value. A US$2.0 million investment was secured in November to further the SFD® technology application, signifying confidence in the company's potential.
Despite a reported net loss due to accounting rules related to convertible debentures, NXT's actual operational performance improved significantly. The company also strengthened its financial position with improved cash flow and increased net working capital.
